Cancellation Policy

All Cancellations should be intimated through email and refund policy will be effective from the date of receipt of this email. ---- International

If cancelled 20 days or more before departure: 30% of the total package price would be retained as cancellation fee
If cancelled 20 to 15 days before departure: 40% of the total package price would be retained as cancellation fee

If cancelled 15 to 07 days before departure: 50% of the total package price would be retained as cancellation fee

If cancelled 07 days or less before departure: 100% of the total package price would be retained as cancellation fee

If cancelled after paying the booking amount , the same will be forfeited.
No shows: 100% of the package price would be retained as cancellation fee For Flights/Trains/Buses, cancellation will be as per cancellation policy of Airlines/IRCTC/Transport respectively.

If cancelled 10 days or more before departure: 2000 Per person of the total package price would be retained as cancellation fee

If cancelled 10 to 01 days before departure: 100% of the total package price would be retained as cancellation fee

Domestic - Rs.2000/- will be chargeable for reschedule of package after confirmation.

International - Rs.4000/- will be chargeable for reschedule of package after confirmation.

Note*-----

1. Booking Amount should be minimum 10% for hold the Package.

2. After got the hotel confirmation voucher need to pay 50% of total package with in 2 days.

3. Otherwise booking will be release without any prior notice after 24 Hrs.

4. All Payment should be Clear before 3 Days of travel date..

5. Room and trip will be Confirm after 50%. we can only Hold the room and services.

6. No refund !! if cancel the trip before 7 Days.

7. All payment should be clear before 15 Days of Travel date For international trip.
